My money never went through

Question

I recently withdrew my earnings from an item I sold recently. I also got a new checking account due to issues I was having. But I stupidly withdrew the money before I updated the checking account. Itâ€™s been a week and I never received the money. Will eBay resend it into my new checking account?

Your money will be sent back to eBay by the bank with your old account. This may take a while because of the procedures that are required when money is sent to a closed account. Once eBay receives it they will schedule it for payout and send it to the updated account.
