Mentor4 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. The seller is not obligated to file a cancellation, but most will. Go to your Purchase history, click on CONTACT SELLER, and send a message as to why you are requesting a cancellation.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
