My listings were removed!
Suddenly ALL my listed items have been removed without any specific reason or explanation! I’m trying to find out why so I can fix the problem!

I would contact CS using this method.
You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance from #3
However I recommend checking a few things as eBay will NOT tell you what doesn't match for security reasons.
1. Verify that the name and address on your eBay account matches your brick and mortar checking account and government ID EXACTLY. I had to had my middle name to my eBay account so it would match my checking account and drivers license. You will need to provide your SS#. You can not use a PO box for your registration address as seller but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
2. Make sure the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for these type of deposits. Verify this with your bank.
3. Contact Customer service

Then Type Verify Checking account in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

It appears all your listings were removed yesterday.
You should have received messages from eBay in both eBay messaging and your personal email address associated with your account.
I'm only guessing here, but it might have to do with confirming your identity/information.
I would 1st go to the Issue Resolution Center in your Seller Hub. There may be messages there or instructions. Also check your Payments tab.
If those things don't work, you can contact eBay for assistance. That may be limited today due to the holiday.
