My listings are not getting seen or promoted
I hope somebody can help me with this problem I'm having with ebay. I haven't changed my strategy adding keywords to my aceos ( artist cards editions and originals) making sure that the right themes that I have painted gets seen by the right buyers. I'\nVe never had any issues before , except for 2 listings which are bumblebee paintings the size of baseball cards. When i go in the search bar to find them to see if they're up for everybody to see plus I even paid for it to get promoted to test the waters with that. But what I got was nothing. Nobody can see them because they cannot be looked up on the search. Why is this happening now?And how do I get it rectified before the bids closed. Please help me as soon as you can so that ebay can fix the problem. Thank you.
