My listing is not allowing an international buyer to proceed with purchase.
I'm a first time seller and, despite selecting the options that clearly state I sell and ship internationally, the buyer is unable to complete their purchase. I am in the US and the buyer is in Mexico. Can anyone tell me what is preventing the transaction from going through?

You might want to check the shipping section on your listing for the helmet. I am in PA but see over $ 54 for shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. That seems excessive and if you use eBay International Shipping one of the shipping specs might be outside what they allow: eBay International Shipping | eBay
You can't rule out the possibility that the issue is on the Buyer's account and not yours.

OP10 months agoI'm not seeing an eBay International Shipping option on the listing when I try to revise it and I'm not seeing anything listed that would disqualify the helmet from being an eligible item according to the eBay International Shipping page in the link. Given that the helmet is a wearable display item, I tried reclassifying it as a toy but that seems to have had no effect. Is there some factor that is not determined by the item that may be preventing the sale?
I can ask the buyer to look over his profile to see if there is a problem, but his review score is good and I'm not getting any notices popping out when I view his profile page.

You can request a call back from eBay or contact them via social media and have them look at your listing to see if there are any issues. If not then the issue is with the Buyer. The issue may have just recently developed so their Feedback history may not be any indication for you.
