My listing form is no longer showing the "add video" option. I have cleared all my cache & cookies. Never had any problems until yesterday. Thank you.

Mentor11 months ago@gardeningsis To add a video you just select upload in the same box as the photos now. Add video is no longer a seperate box.
You can not revise an active listing that has bids, open offers, or less than 12 hours left on an auction. If none of those rules apply AND you created the listing using the Advanced Listing Tool in Seller Hub. You just upload the video in the add photos box now.
You need to use the Advanced Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub to have the add video option in the photo section when CREATING your listing on a computer.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Then, go here to your active listings page to create a listing:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.

Video Format Requirements
The maximum supported video size is 150 MB
The maximum upload resolution is 1080p
Supported output resolutions are 240p, 360p, 480p, and 720p
MP4 file types- MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC)
Providing links to YouTube or other video platforms is not supported
Listings with variations do not support videos
If your video is rejected try adding one that is at least one minute.

Mentor11 months agoAFAIK, the VIDEO option is only available if using a desktop computer, not the app for a mobile device.
