My listing for an EMPTY beer can was removed. Sold some 2 weeks earlier with no issues.
I stated (EMPTY) in parenthesis in my listing but my listing was removed for violating the alcohol policy.

Empty beer cans can be sold. Something in the title or item condition, etc must have made it seem like it was sealed/full and a bot found the listing.
If you can share the entire title and item condition, I may be able to help you sort it out to avoid this happening the next time.

It is sealed (not even bottom opened), but empty. Schells brewing company often did that just for beer can collectors, but some other brewing companies at the time did too. I guess it was the PICs not showing any openings. Ironically, I bought it on Ebay years ago. Just not sure if/how I can get it relisted without another ass chewing. Guess I'll sell elsewhere.
Again, thanks for the reply. I got a chuckle out of the term BOT. Evidently, that is so very true!

Mentor2 years agoIf you had the word "sealed" that is what cause the bot to think it was full.
Don't use that word in your listing.
