My listed item has been sold, and hand delivered.
Ebay claims the item has not been delivered and will not release the money. Buyer tried to leave me a review of the product but could not because "the item has not been delivered"
What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoDid you list the item with LOCAL PICKUP? If there was shipping listed, you should either ship, or cancel the listing with Problem with buyer's address, and relist the item with Local Pickup, and the buyer repurchases the item. With Local Pickup, the buyer is sent a QR-code (as well as a 6 digit code) to be used since there will be no tracking number to prove delivery.
What you can do now is go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the item, click the down-arrow, select Mark as shipped (even though you did not ship).
