Mentor4 months agoTake the tracking number down to your local Fed Ex office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to youi and your address, have the Fed Ex clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
