My items that I tried to sell
Hi,
Almost a year ago I posted a very expensive pair of air force one Nike off white low...size 10
Well I shipped them then went home and uploaded the post offices tracking number...which now I don't have since I house cleaned big time and lost my note book with all my eBay info in it.
So I tried to start a new account.
I didn't know what I was doing and still don't because it has happened again, but that's another story that I'll share soon.
Anyway losing the notebook created huge problems.
For one I couldn't get my emails or messages from anyone.
I called eBay many times, all of what I called about reflect apon the shoes and my in ability to regain them
Now to be honest I called one time and was told that the national verifier tried to send it to me, once, only once .
I wasn't home, I was visiting with my small children.
So no one was able to answer the bell and idk exactly what time of day they came to return it. That doesn't matter much because I was like 25 miles away from home.
Point to be taken is I really need my air forces back.
They are worth $1100 brand new.
That's the price I paid.
I had a good job and rn I'm recovering from two car accidents which I was the victim.
So I can't work. But I should have not accidentally tossed the notebook all my personal info was kept. But I wasn't working alone and it's strangely possible that this unscrupulous woman named ***
Anyway I had a lot of bad luck up until yesterday.
Please I know y'all tried to return my air forces but I wasn't home.
And it only was returned without conclusion only once.
Now when I call, like I have been periodically ova almost a year now, and it's all documented on my eBay file, right there on your computer, plus eBay records all convos with clients for privacy and protection for both buyer n seller.
Now as mentioned I don't know how to regain my first email along with my eBay user name
I believe the username for the shoes is ***
I'm not positive about this name but a supervisor told me...poor guy when he told me he couldn't help me, and there was no way id ever get my shoes that I was told are now sitting in a warehouse ready to get discarded...lol I doubt anyone working there would just toss out these one of a kind, hard to find, $1100 pair if Nikes that I bought myself at a boutique for the above named price with the box and zip tie in tact.
I had the shoes since 2018 and wore them one summer night to the casino with my friends just to ball out and look sharp. I did wear them after that casino trip but only around the house n basement so they are not dirty at all, or creased, damaged in any way.
They are mint condition...the only defect is one sole has the Nike logo and the other foot does not...my apologies but I did wear them around the house and also to the patio.
Idk why they were deemed counterfeit, but know anyone in they right mind would see the quality and financial benefit of taking these Nikes home with them. Which I know is going to happen anyway...like they didn't make their way to the dumpster, even if ordered to toss them...they can be resold to anyone that knows designer sneakers for no lie $800.
Now I tried to sell em on eBay for $650 because I wanted to buy a PS5 and one game I'm very interested in.
That's a great bargain and the very next day I listed these bomb kicks I hit a buyer and I swear, maybe it's just me but the post office tracked the shoes in the box all wrapped up and I shipped with no money in NY pocket.
I had to go to the post office with them. Get a shipping price, go back home, on foot, to borrow the cash it took to ship...I don't remember the price anymore but I Neva got paid and I had to wait till I got paid to reimbursed my friend who so nicely hooked me up with the shipping cost...it went to the national verifier, I waited a while, called up eBay, they informed me that they deemed the off white Nike air forces as fakes...lol like I'm that stupid to believe that load of Malachi.
Someone has my shoes because I keep calling into eBay telling them for a long time now that I couldn't retrieve my email or eBay account ..not the name, just the useless email of **** and my phone was stolen in a Lyft, I called the driver who hardly spoke English that he has my phone and he denied it but that's the only place I went to besides physical therapy but they didn't have the phone with number connected to the Nike shoes sold account.
I know I'm a duncey, but I was under the impression that some how my computer illiterate self will perservere and some how, and mind you no one I spoke to at eBay could tell me any way to rectify this malady.
Anyway I was under the impression that I could some how regain my eBay account through customer service and retrieve the Nikes.
I called in two days ago or three and the next morning I got a call from eBay and a rude jerk told me my Nike, air force 1, off white, low, black sneakers are unretrievable.
He also informed me they are sitting in a warehouse getting closer to be tossed in the dumpster. But I know some sensible individual will be really bringing them home from work to either wear or collect, or resell on Facebook or even eBay.
When my $1100 shoes that I paid full price for in NYC at a boutique in Manhattan.
We went there just to shop and I shop for kicks not clothes like pants or shirts because they fade and lose value.
But me n my sneakers, all of my sneakers, are clean, unblemished, no creases. Only my timberland boots are creased and that's because I worked a snow removal job before my accidents that keep me from working until I can get treatment fur my pain, I wire them to that snowy day and they got completely saturated and the rock salt hardened the leather.
Now our of like 25 pairs of kicks, the timbs are the only ones creased. All the rest look brand new like my air forces off White's.
I have also read your home page and no where does it state that uf a seller doesn't reclaim an item that eBay has only tried to return once and not return to the post office a five minute drive right at the end of my street, that the si names item will be discarded
No where has it said that. I looked everywhere.
I call shenanigan's.
I want either the shoes shipped back, but not to my residence because I'm in pain rn
I'm not on opiate's for my whole neck n back that has been in pain for years now.
I don't believe in opiates. They are a gateway pill for heroin and fentynol.
Anyway enough about me.
I need either the shoes back
$650 in compensation for eBay "discarding" my babies the off whites.
Or $650 to $800 in eBay credits.
I can use the money I haven't been able to work in years from all this pain and discomfort.
I'm always short on cash because I'm not working rn
I will work after I go and finish painting management and more physical therapy too but as for now and the immediate future I'm broke with no cash to buy anything...sometimes I can't afford food and no one is here to help me.
Listen y'all can't discard anything I send to you, I have the eBay name ***
Order number: ***
Tracking number: ***
That's the best I can do
And I don't want to hear any falsehoods
Especially the ones saying the shoes are gone, can't find them, out of time to retrieve them since I been calling for months, and keep in mind, I have personal things I have to do too.
eBay isn't my work. I have three small children that live a long stretch away from me and I still travel all that way on train n bus, since I no longer could afford the Toyota I had with the killing em rims and tinted windows, cranking stereo system...the works
I had to sell it for $7000 even tho I probably could have gotten maybe $8 or $9K if I could have waited but I couldn't.
Had to eat, pay rent, buy gifts for kids n loves ones, ect, ect.
I'll take the cash iva store credit but won't shy from store credit even though if I got the shoes back I could re sell them on Facebook for $800
If you get this novel of a message, please call me back at ***
Or email me at ***
I really don't want to call a special bureau of investigation department of channel 7 news here in Boston...even Google it ...solve it 7 is the name
They don't play around and can identify, find even the big wigs at eBay who will talk to solve it 7 and at risk of bad reputation, and we all know how much reputation means at eBay. They will put the whole case between us n my $1100 Nike one if a kind sneaks, and put your company on blast, saying be careful when dealing with y'all. The who knows what will happen?!
I know I'm not going away empty handed after I trusted y'all with my kicks that I really like a lot and Neva wanted to sell in the first place but had to just to get money to survive.
I also had an I watch my sis bought me fir my birthday . Still in the plastic, in the box, Neva opened. It's worth about $300 and sumthing but I sold it to some guy named techno something. Any way it was aluminum grey colored series three space grey is the other added color of it
He bought it within I think two days.
I lost the user name to that account as well.
I really shouldn't try to deal with eBay when I can't sleep due to pain and I mess up and some how create a new account with y'all and lose my sale.
I'm about to call solve it 7 rn after this just to hear what they have to say
I'm not very good with technology, I get nad and call it witchcraft like I'm *** or sumthin
But I'm getting help or I'll sue for grand larceny...that's anything ova $1000 in my state.
eBay would have to send high paying kawyers all the way to Boston and y'all will have to put up with me being a thorn in y'all's side until I'm reimbursed.
That's fair now...all I'm looking for is fairness I feel slighted.
And I should... y'all have no authority to discard my air forces for any reason, they don't and Neva did belong to eBay!
Only me

I'll be waiting for a timely response
