My items not counterfeit
I had 2 items flagged for being counterfeits. I can't figure out why. They are high end items, Jewelry and Sunglasses. But they both are authentic. Not fakes. Im a new seller and I don't see anyway to prove they are legit? My only option is I can't ever repost the items ? That's not a very good option. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Also I've sold a bracelet that didn't get flagged but I still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong?

OP2 years agoNo I just had eBay remove my listings and ban me for 72 hrs and tell me they are counterfeit which they sent and that I cant ever repost these items and wasn't given anyway to respond to these false allegations

Mentor2 years agoWhat brands are these items? DO NOT relist them. If you do, you will incur a 7 day restriction, and the third time it is 30 days, then suspension.

Did you receive a VERO infringement email and have your listing removed? If so, eBay is legally required to remove anything reported by the rights owner. The email should have information on how you can appeal the case with the rights owner. If you try to relist the item in violation you could have your eBay account suspended.
