My items have been returned to sender
I ordered items on eBay for delivery in Germany. The items have now reached Germany, but DHL has trouble delivering the items. The tracking page states the address is "bad". The items will now be returned to sender. Does this mean the items will be returned to the original seller in United States or will it only be delivered to the international eBay hub? How do I arrange for a reshipment?

Mentor1 week ago@sunelewies Sorry for the delay in responding, I was on vacation.
The buyer files a not received refund request case and then eBay refunds the buyer out of their pocket.
It is unfortunately not possible to reship the items. eBay keeps the items and sells them to cover the cost of the refund.
