My items did not arrive
I’m trying to contact the seller is been almost 2 weeks, but they don’t respond to anything back yet ,Can you please contact them

Customers only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date to file a claim that they did not receive their item, but NO later than 30 days past that date.
You do this via the item in your Purchase history.
The Seller will have 3-4 days to upload a valid tracking number, failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
