My item went on Buy it Now and I wanted an auction
My items sold immediately, and I had it set to the wrong purchase option. How much does it affect your rating to cancel when this happens?

OP3 years agoI do have one auction item, and do know the difference. I set it up wrong, and wondered if anyone one had this happen, and what did you do about it. I know I can cancel the order and refund, but do not want to affect my rating.

If you cancel the buyer's order without the buyer's request or not because of nonpayment, your selling account will be affected by Ebay issuing a defect on your account.

All of your listings are Fixed Price/OBO, not auctions.
