My item was sent to someone in another state. Contacting the seller didn’t work. The options on the self help section only offers “my item hasn’t been deliveredâ€. It says I have to wait another two weeks to give it time to arrive. It did arrive, to another person whom I do not know and lives in another state. They contacted me to say it was delivered to them. There is nowhere I can find to speak or chat with an eBay representative. HELP please!
