My item was sent to someone else
I ordered an item and it was sent to California. I contacted the seller the day that the delivery showed and told them I didn't receive. Days later I received someone else's package. I contacted the seller again and she said that she had mixed up our packages and for me to print a label and mail the other person their package. No she is saying she can't get in touch with the other buyer. I need my money back. How do I contact eBay?

Mentor2 years ago@jennfr-5791 You need to file a item not as described refund request. Do NOT file a not received refund request as tracking shows delivery. Do NOT forward the package to the other buyer as you obviously shouldn't have to pay for the postage and there's no guarantee the other buyer will send you the package they received.
I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
