My Item was delivered to the wrong address
My order was delivered to the wrong address. I tracked the item and the picture show the label has the wrong street name. I put in a request for refund but now it’s declined because the seller said it was delivered. The item was delivered but I never got it. I even have picture showing proof the street name was wrong. I’m not sure what to do because I used. Klarna to pay for it so I can’t dispute with my bank?
