My item was damaged by UPS during delivery, value $61. How do I file a claim with Ebay?
I spoke to a real person at UPS and they said since I bought the shipping label through Ebay, then file a claim with Ebay. I can not find on the Ebay website how to file a claim. How do I file a claim with Ebay?
