My Item was Banned But Not Others who Have the same Item for sale

I would like to know if anyone else has had and item banned for being a hazard and that same item can found on ebay today for sale. Why was my item chosen and not the other ones?

Often when a listing is removed for a policy violation, it is because another Seller reported it. And then it can be frustrating when other listings that appear to be identical are still listed. You can report those but if they violate policy, eBay will catch them too and they will be removed as well.
