My item shows delivered but i never received it
My order package showed delivered but i never got it. After contacting the shipping company i found that i had not been given the correct tracking number. I think the seller might have hacked my account because my item doesn't even show up in my purchase history so i cant even try to make a claim to ebay. I have proof of my purchase through my email but thats it.

Mentor3 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. If the purchase was in the last sixty days but does not appear in your purchase history, eBay may have removed it.
