My item number disappeared and does not show up on purchases.

Question

I ordered an item a car relay tested . I got a confirmation but since them order number comes up as does not exist. I have tried going thru the chanels and it says check purchases. It dosen't show up their. Is there anyway to talk to an actual person in Ebay. The seller is from the UK.

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
