my item not arraved
I purchased a backpack on April 17, but I haven’t received a tracking number, and it hasn’t arrived at my U.S. address. I don’t speak English well and accidentally clicked the wrong button, which is preventing me from getting a refund.
I have all the pictures and proof that I am not lying. Please help me get my money back.

I am sorry this happened. Did you open an Item Not Received Case? If not, that is what you need to do.
Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment:
1) Look at your purchase history here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
- View Order Details
- Check the Estimated Delivery Date for your purchase, and
- Check the tracking for your purchase
When it is past the estimated delivery date (and there is no tracking, or the tracking doesn’t show that is close to delivery):
2) Open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the photo of your item and following the steps: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/-/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
(If it is not yet time for a case to be opened, it will give you the exact date after you click the photo.)
You will be able to select whether you want the Item or a Refund

3) You can check the status of your case here:

The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund.

OP1 year agoThe seller turned out to be a scammer. I have been buying products from this site for years and have never had such an experience. Even before, when I made a purchase and no tracking code was assigned, I wrote to them, but they never got back to me. If I can’t get a refund with eBay’s help, I will contact my bank. Is it possible for the bank to return the funds from the transaction made through them?

Follow the process for "Item not Received" through eBay. The Money Back Guarantee will cover you.
Don't file with your credit card at this time. Once you do that, eBay can't help, and you should get your refund from eBay.

Mentor1 year agoThere is no need to contact your bank. If you do as @eastlaneave has advised, your money will be protected. I am sorry you had this issue on the site. Most sellers are good responsible people.
