My item listed for sale shows up with my user name 0% positive and 162 sales
The 162 sales is correct. But the 0% positive is far from correct and it is misleading.
Of course people wouldn't want to buy from me if they see that. But it is totally factually incorrect.
Lastly does ebay literally have no support?

The percentage is for activities in the past 12 months.
You haven't received any feedback in the past 12 months, that's why it is 0.
If you buy something and get positive feedback, you will be at 100% again.
