My Item Just Sold TWICE. It was already shipped and delivered, weeks ago. Not selling multiples.
How can I contact real people at eBay to report that my listing just sold for the second time. (--and I was not selling/listing multiples)? I've no idea where this duplicate listing came from, or when.
I can find the way to cancel the duplicate sale and refund the 2nd buyer. But I'm not at all happy about having to pay the seller's fee again. (And how did this even happen?)
