My item has been removed although there are many of the same item being sold. My items are NEW

There are many items on eBay being sold and being bid on that are used and my items are brand new and they have been removed. I keep calling to get an answer but have not heard back. I even have a case number. What would you do?

The reason that I am given is that the item is a medical item that needs a prescription to sell and that is not true.
