my item has been authenticated but it's stuck at authenticator
my item says it has been authenticated, there is a tracking number, but it has not been picked up by USPS for three days. I think it is lost at the authenticator, but I have no way of getting through to ebay bc the automated assistant is telling me that it is still in shipment. how can i get to a live person?
