All new and infrequent Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request. Buyers have up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.
Once you have additional successful sales, eBay should start to release your funds sooner. In the meantime, be sure to ship on time to the exact address in the Order Details and add tracking to the order.
