My gift cards were frozen and my documents are not accepted. what should I do?
I added two gift cards to my account but they were not added to my balance. I contacted live agent (that was a miracle because the phone number repeatedly said that i am calling not in the ebay business hours) and received a link that I should upload my documents received with the gift card.
I submitted my documents to the link provided but the answer was that the documents are not satisfactory.
I asked Customer Service to call me back and prepared another document TOGETHER with the LIVE AGENT. My Agent assured me that everything was made right and my gift cards will be unfrozen. But today I received another email from e-bay that the documents are still not accepted.
What should I do? Should I give up ang give Ebay to keep robbing me? Can I take legal actions against the Ebay robbers?
