OP2 years agoIt was a mop refill and yes it was a registered user. I cleared my browser history/data, in Chrome, still didn't go through. I switched to my Edge browser and payment from my gift card immediately went through.

Mentor2 years agoIf clearing your cache "for all time" and manually deleting eBay cookies had no effect in Chrome, but you were able to make the purchase in Edge, either the problem was a temporary one or it may have had something to do with your particular browser settings or add-ons.

What sort of item are you trying to buy? Where is the seller registered?
