My Garage
"My Garage" doesn't load my cars that I have saved. I've reset and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. It still doesn't work. All my cars are saved on the list but I can use them to look up parts for each individual car. Anybody else have this issue? How do I fix this?

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account using a browser and the app.

OP8 months agoI use my cell phone only for Ebay. I never log out. This happened about 5 or 6 months ago. Idk if there was an update back then that changed everything. Only way I can look up parts for my vehicles is to type in the search bar. On the Ebay homepage I can see all my cars that I have saved, but when I click on them i get this stupid message, "Response parsing failed with an exception." Also there is a "Reload" prompt under this message but it doesn't do anything.

Mentor8 months agoWhat operating system version number and app version number are you using?
Try using a mobile browser on your phone to see if that works better.
