my funds are blocked
hi, after I sold something on eBay they told me they need some updated information from me, I sent them my ID but they say I can't send a previous ID. I don't have anything like a passport or driver's license. at the moment my payment says it is available but it tells me that payment cannot be made until I update this information please help me
