My Feedback
Hello I used to be a regular eBay user in the early 2000s to maybe 2015 and accumulated 480 or so feedback and they were all 100% and I haven’t used eBay for a long time maybe a little here a little there, buying or selling one item here and there. I just bought a computer and noticed my feedback shows something like 60 some percent. Did my feedback score just get lost in the shuffle did something come up that took away my good feedbacks I mean I never heard anything from anyone no emails from Ebay no nothing, is this normal procedure and is there any way of getting back to where I was without any bad feedback?

The % is measured on that last 12 months where you have 4 positive + 1 negative. Your % right now is 75% - it was calculated with 3 positive + 1 negative. I can't see dates, so I can't tell you if this was before the most recent positive posted, or if the oldest of the 4 is ready to drop out of the 12 month window.
All of your other feedback is still there - your have 528 total, the score of 473 removes duplicates from the same member within a single week.
