My fair request as a buyer was not shared. Which is unfortunate.
The seller sent me an item that did not match the description of the item and I asked eBay for help, but they acted unfairly to protect the seller's interests. The QR code on the label of the item I received turned out to be fake. This is not the way to protect the interests of both the seller and the buyer. To determine the truth, it was enough to analyze the correspondence between me and the seller, but perhaps they did not do even that.
