Mentor11 months agoSo you click the Send Offers-Eligible tab
Then when the listings show up, you click the box in front of the listing you wish to send offers to.
Then you click ACTIONS and scroll down to SEND OFFERS
Then you select a Percentage off and SEND ?
Before I came back here, I sent offers to 4 of 6 eligible. No problem at all.
