    Have you set up a seller account? MUAA is only available to sellers who have set up a selling account.  Start by creating a listing:  

    https://www.ebay.com/sl/sell  

     

    When you try to post the listing, eBay will send that listing to drafts and will redirect you to the identity process of verifying your legal name, SSN, physical address, etc, as part of creating a seller account. You can later return to the listing draft or just let it fade away in drafts.

     

    Then you would follow the instructions on this page to log into Seller Hub for listing management and MUAA management:
