My eBay Purchases page search bar
Purchase History: My eBay Purchases page search bar, AI states I can search any of the following:
Search by:
Item name
Seller name
Order number
Keywords from the listing
Even partial words work.
I am unable to search for anything but Order Number. I am I doing something wrong?

Mentor3 weeks agoI do not think the Purchase History search actually works the way that AI claims it does.
While I can search common keywords and return transactions with the keyword in the title, I do not know if the search works when searching by seller username. I certainly cannot verify that it does work, even when using seller username rather than store name.

I typed in Thank You, and 7 orders were displayed that were ordered from 2021 to 2026, so not sure what could be causing your problem.

a user name: No orders were found, please search for another item
