    My ebay automated assistant chat is messed up
                     

    My ebay automated assistant chat is messed up and I cant type anything, or click any options. Its been stuck on the same chat for a week or more and I cant figure out how to fix it. I've cleared cache and data for the app, tried using the chat feature on web browser and everything. No matter what, every time I open the assistant chat, it is still stuck on that chat and I cant do ANYTHING to get ahold of support.
