My ebay account was suspended due to customer representative
My ebay account was suspended because of customer representative. Because I asked him for help with a case and he told me he had handled it. But it really wasn't resolved and my account was suspended due to low standards. And no one really listens to me or tries to help. I have been selling here for about 2 years and I know the rules, I only did what the customer representative told me to do, not the opposite.I also have messaging records regarding the situation.

Mentor2 years agoYou are located in Turkey. I read through your negatives. There are too many feedbacks stating you never shipped. I am sure that must be the reason your account is restricted/suspended.

OP2 years agoThank you for your answer. . I contacted customer service regarding the products that were not sent, all of them have tracking codes and the product was sent. But for some reason I automatically lose it when the case is opened. What really bothers me is that I was banned because I made the decision I was told when I contacted customer service on eBay. I have the messages in my possession.

Mentor2 years agoTracking has to show DELIVERED. I'm guessing the cases were closed because tracking never showed any more information beyond being shipped.
