My ebay account was hacked and I need help securing it.
My account is currently locked out but I can't get the verification code to reset my password because the code is being sent to an old landline that I don't even have anymore. Is it possible to talk to a person at Ebay? The "contact an agent" option is unavailable through the automated assistant.

If you use the "Need help signing in?" link on the page where you are prompted for your password, you should see two options for resetting your password or signing in without a password. If neither of those work for you, select the "reset" option and you should see a "contact" link on that page specifically for users that are unable to sign in or reset a password.
