My ebay account restriction.
Hello guys, I am a buyer and I have never sold before on ebay. Ebay restricted my account following a bid I won but the seller in UK sent me a message that he was not going to send the item to an address outside UK. I responded okay despite the fact that my registered address is in UK because I later realized that I didn't like that item again. My account has been labeled as hacked or fraud. I have never been involved in any form of fraud and I will never be. My delivery addresses registered with ebay and my account information have never changed. So, I urge ebay to properly investigate this issue. I need advice from this community. Thank you all.

Click the Help & Contact link at the top of any page and search for fraud or account take over or something similar. When you find a topic that pertains, scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for a contact link.
