my eBay account is restricted,am newly from ebay am contact ebay ,they are said my BBE rate is high ,Service metrics of 12 month: 9 / 728 = 1.24% Paid and shipped transactions (90 days): 201 INR cases (90 days): 9 Cancelled transaction : 3 ebay said contact only account manager but they are not response ,how to solve this problem, i dont know am mistake no body can help what i do please help me THANKS

I can't see the reasons, it should be in your eBay messages

1) Cancelling transactions is a very bad thing on eBay 3 out of 200 is high

2) Items not received of 9/200 is very high

Set expectations on your shipping time. I know you are shipping from overseas and time frames are much longer, you'll want to be sure to set a longer time frame than you really expect it to be.

Any outstanding cases, resolve them to make the customer happy.
