My ebay account is locked out
After many hours of working with ebay site interfacing and many updates on my phone # it still isn't unlocked. Ebay says it is locked out, that I need to update my phone #. Many chats with ebay IA to no avail, any suggestions, is there a ebay customer service phone number available? any help is appreciated, thank you.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

OP8 months agoHi, thanks for your response to my problem with my ebay account locked because of invalid phone number. I did get in contact on the ebay chat room and a specialist was able to verify in fact my phone number was valid and cleared problem for me, back on line fine now.
