my ebay
received some bad parts and would like to return for replacement or refund, there is no record of transaction under order history. so how do I return these items?

OP2 years agoI purchase as a guest. and yes, I contacted the seller, and he wants me to keep them, and he will give me 20% back, and he suggested I resell them as used. only problem is they are defective. if you install a headlamp, the cover will not go back on, and the small light sockets have to be pried out of their holes. now I can't sell these to someone knowing they are junk,

Read under "You want to return an item".
You can return the item if the item doesn't match the listing description.
You need the email eBay sent you when you made your purchase.
