My dog food order
eBay is a joke they say they guarantee to get your money back I order dog food and the guy keeps jacking me around give me a couple days give me a couple days give me a couple days and I want a refund and they don’t want to do it I have to go through my credit card company to take care of this if you buy something and you don’t get it you better get your money back.

Mentor3 years agoAsk eBay for help before you go to your credit card issuer. Once you go to your card company, eBay can no longer help you directly.
Go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
