My Dispute was closed after 21 days
I ordered an expensive item and I never received it. The weird thing is that it shows its still in transit. I dont know what to do. I order from hong kong. Will ebay help me? I

Once you open an "item not received" case, if the seller does not provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you, you must explicitly ask eBay to step in within twenty-one business days, otherwise the case is closed without a refund. Once closed, an eBay case cannot be reopened.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer some protection for items that are not received if you act within three or six months from the date of purchase. Check with your card issuer for details.

OP2 months agoI ended up getting a refund. The seller agreed to give me a refund if it did not arrive in 30 days. So Ebay went ahead and granted me the refund. I was just worried when it said case closed.
