How do I keep my description from disappearing when I submit my listing?

Mentor2 years agoAre you using a grammar checking add-on in your browser? Those have been associated with causing item descriptions to disappear in the past.
Try listing using another browser with no add-on extensions enabled to see if that makes any difference.
Also, if you enter the description last, click on an empty field before submitting your listing.
