my debit card wont go through
I called my bank, to make sure that this problem wasn't my fault. My bank has assured me that my card is active. I need to update my payment info for selling costs. I have uploaded my new debit card because I got a new card from my bank. I used the card yesterday. eBay says, this card cant be uploaded, try another payment method. I did that and the same thing happened. I want my payout! What's happening?
