My daughter's account was hacked and all info was changed. she had not been active for a while so was unaware until Ebay sent her a message her account was locked.. now ebay wants to take her to collections.. she has tried called 3 different numbers to talk to live customer service rep for Ebay but none of those numbers work.. She says it tells her to log into her account... any suggestions on how she can contact someone? She is going to file a police repo...
