My daughter has her account locked due to being hacked and can't log in or contact Ebay
My daughter's account was hacked and all info was changed. she had not been active for a while so was unaware until Ebay sent her a message her account was locked.. now ebay wants to take her to collections..
she has tried called 3 different numbers to talk to live customer service rep for Ebay but none of those numbers work.. She says it tells her to log into her account...
any suggestions on how she can contact someone? She is going to file a police report tomorrow on this issue of being hacked.. The person sold Thousands of Dollars on her account but never sent out some of the items..

If your daughter is unable to sign in to her account or contact eBay without signing in, there is a contact method for users that cannot sign in located on the sign in page where the password is entered. Use the "Need help signing in?" link, then follow the password reset link. On that page there should be a text link to contact eBay specifically for such users.
