My Data report did not go back far enough
I just received my Data Report that I requested about a week ago and it only goes as far back as November 2021. This is not much use really because I can already access my history almost as far back as 2021 without requesting the data report anyway. My main reason is to trace all my purchase history from my very distant past (I am mainly a buyer). I have been a member for at least 12 years and (for whatever is worth) my payment status has been consistent throughout via PayPal. However, roughly about the time that eBay changed the PayPal payments structure (and other related PayPal procedures), I started using Apple Pay as well. I think this may have happened in late 2021, but I could be wrong. In addition, I also started selling in around 2019 but haven't sold anything for about six months. I am not sure whether these "landmark" dates played any role in my incomplete report but I must admit I am very disappointed. I was expecting a serious delve into my purchasing past but this data report is not what eBay promises to provide. Please help in explaining why my data report only stops in November 2021. It will be greatly appreciated. Thx.
